Clarity of outcome
The organisation, like many, faces the need to embed learning in performance (individual, team and corporate). This is arguably the biggest challenge facing the University and all those working in staff training and development. Again, the aspiration is that, with the new PLMS, the technology will help the spotlight business process needs in this area, as well as supporting improved systems that link learning and performance at all levels.
