Background
As part of the Increasing Citizens' Choice and Access (ICCA) project, City & Guilds is currently developing a series of pilots looking at access to ICT. In order to inform the development of this work Opinion Leader Research was commissioned by City & Guilds to explore current knowledge of access to e-learning and e-services amongst:
- black and Asian people in Lewisham and
- people with dexterity problems around the UK.
This research is intended to feed into the development of subsequent stages of primary research.
