This group of resources comprises a range of quality standards and approaches that are less focused on technology and emphasise the quality 'ecosystems' in education and training, mainly in the UK. Included are links to specific initiatives undertaken by public and private players in the education and training community as they adopt technology in their pilot and/or mainstream activities. However, the list includes references that describe adaptations of existing quality approaches that are stretching these approaches to take into account the use of technology in education and training. There are also guidelines and reports on indirect activities ie training trainers and teachers in good practice in designing and developing e-learning, and assessing the quality of organisations delivering and supporting e-learning rather than the e-learning programme/resources themselves.
