| Within the project ICCA, Increasing Citizens Choice & Access, a number of organisations were contacted to test and validate some of the factors that influence successful mainstreaming of learning technologies. It was hoped that the relevance of these factors, which are described in detail in the ICCA Factors Toolkit, would be illustrated through the pilots. In the process, the e-learning experiences of these organisations were documented, and they form a small number of case studies included with the ICCA project deliverables.
