e-Learning initiatives in place
As mentioned above, PRIME has been recently introduced and is being used by all senior management (top layer and one below). Part of the programme's success appears to be the fact that the group have been divided into collaborative working groups (action learning sets) and these sets are being brought together every five - six weeks. Although it was not rolled out as a strategic development in terms of using and evaluating the application of technology to corporate learning, the Management Development Advisor considers that it will act, if successful, as a 'gateway' project.
