| The ICCA Health and Social Care pilot involved a large number of active participants from a number of different institutions. It aimed to verify the importance of the steps in the ICCA guidelines and the relative importance of different factors in the ICCA toolkit - through the piloting and evaluation of e-learning resources in development. In this, it has successfully achieved its aims. Many lessons have been learned through the experience which provide valuable information both for the future rollout of the Learning for Living resources and qualification and which have also been brought back into the different participating organisations (eg the development team at City & Guilds have used the feedback to make some changes to the functionality of the programme). It has helped to enrich the objectives of the wider ICCA project through the provision of examples and the reinforcement of some of the project's other findings. ...continue to download this report
