Case studies

The ICCA project decided to conduct case studies of seven organisations across a range of sectors and at various stages in the implementation of e-learning. The issues and challenges faced by each depended on that organisation's unique combination of culture, environment, approach, requirements, resources and experience - together therefore, these case studies illustrate a wide range of the main factors relating to implementing e-learning. The LloydsTSB and Learning for Living case studies should be read alongside the corresponding pilot evaluation reports for a comprehensive picture of the lessons learned by the individuals and organisations involved.
