3. Your plans for tutoring the programme
3.1. At your pre-assessment, you were asked, 'What kind of expectations do you have about people learning in this way?' and you responded - 'That it gives them flexibility'. Can you think a little more about what you mean by this - and how flexible is flexible for your carers, and write a statement saying what you expect the course to be able to offer in terms of flexibility? Can you describe what constraints and barriers are evident and therefore what is feasible.
3.2. In your pre-development assessment, you were asked, 'What do you think your role will be as the Lewisham tutor for eCarers?' 4. Barriers
