In order to review the lessons learned both from the pilot and across the experience of the organisation as a whole in relation to e-learning, an ICCA framework has been used to examine a range of factors influencing e-learning adoption.
Many of the factors in the framework have already been touched on (for example, in relation to learners): ICT skills, ICT access and time availability. This section will only reflect on those factors under the 'sponsor' category - that is those factors at an organisational level that can profoundly influence successful adoption.
