Pilots

The ICCA pilot evaluations and the accompanying evaluation instruments were carried out with the aim of identifying the range of factors that influence successful adoption of e-learning. A number of pilots were undertaken to test and validate some of the factors that influence the successful mainstreaming of learning technologies. It was hoped that the relevance of these factors, which are described in detail in the ICCA Toolkit, would be illustrated through the pilots. One pilot specifically focused on the health and social care (H&SC) sector. Another focused on retail and services (R&S). They should be read in conjunction with the relevant case studies.

LloydsTSB pilot
This report describes the pilot of ACE Service e-learning module delivered to contact centre staff of LloydsTSB in September 2003 and developed and evaluated as part of the ICCA project retail and services group activities. This report should be read within the wider context of the LloydsTSB case study.
