Approach and instruments
The objective of the pilot and its evaluation was, as noted above, to ascertain users views about the usability of the programme Ace Service, and to gain a deeper understanding of the factors (learners, expectations, culture and structural context) that will influence the take-up of learning technologies within training and development at LloydsTSB. It was also hoped that these lessons would also be examined for transferability into other contexts and organisations.
